Ohio is calling and Wayne National Forest needs your help! Volunteer for a week in the Ironton Ranger District as we take on trail maintenance, cleaning drainage features, tread maintenance, weed eating, and pruning the trail corridor.
We’ll be based out of the Oak Hill Campground on Lake Vesuvius and will be hiking up to 4 miles daily. with 350′ gain.

Itinerary:
Sunday, September 17th. The Volunteer group meets at a time/place TBD. The group will go through check-in, introductions, orientation, and will help set up camp in preparation for the work week ahead.
Monday, September 18th. Workday.
Tuesday, September 19th. Workday.
Wednesday, September 20th. Day off.
Thursday, September 21st. Workday.
Friday, September 22nd. Workday.
Saturday, September 23rd. Break down camp, goodbyes, and depart.
