Join us as we work alongside Forest Service staff to log out, brush, and improve drainage on the Timberline Trail, located in the Mt. Hood National Forest, within the Mt Hood Wilderness. The trail is accessed via the Vista Ridge trail and is considered the crown jewel of the Mt Hood National Forest. Participants will arrive on Sunday and camp out at the Lost Lake Campground then rendezvous with FS personnel at the Vista Ridge trailhead Monday morning. Volunteers will spend 4 days and 3 nights in the wilderness from Monday through Thursday during the week, backpack camping each night. Friday will be a free day to explore the region with travel home occurring on Saturday.
