Help close social trails, maintain trail drainage, reestablish trail tread, and brush the Sand Canyon Trails System.
Service Project Details
We’re excited to return to Canyons of the Ancients National Monument in Colorado! We’ll spend the week closing and naturalizing user-created social trails in the Sand Canyon and Rock Creek areas, as well as removing and naturalizing fire rings in various popular dispersed camping areas. 4WD vehicles are reommended to travel to and from basecamp.

Sunday, October 11th. The Volunteer group meets at midday at a time/place TBD. The group will go through check-in, introductions, orientation, and will help set up camp in preparation for the work week ahead.
Monday, October 12th. Workday.
Tuesday, October 13th. Workday.
Wednesday, October 14th. Day off.
Thursday, October 15th. Workday.
Friday, October 16th. Workday.
Saturday, October 17th. Break down camp, goodbyes, and depart.
